The artist of the drawing described a patient who’s having a MND from the 3rd person’s view. I wanted to describe the view form within the patient. The narrow and vague eyesight from the patient only shows the ceiling.  It is not sure though, whether the patient is about to close his/her eye or about to open it. The ceiling may be his/her last view of the world or the first view after coma or sleep. As the death the patient is radiating in the picture could be looked as hope by other people, I wanted my drawing to have both aspects of hope and death also.
